Video: Component Examples
Introduction
This section includes video clips of several Hawaii-based teaching artists each conducting professional development workshops and courses in a variety of settings, situations and places. The clips are divided into Component sections as outlined in the Framework. The clips are included in the order they occurred within the workshop, to demonstrate how the different teaching artists included the various components in their own workshop. Each set of clips include a brief description of the particular workshop.
The video edits were kept to a minimum in order to preserve a sense of ‘real time’. You will witness, in detail, how each teaching artist constructed and implemented their individual work.
The teaching artists have generously allowed us to present them as a part of this Framework. We ask that you respect their work: enjoy it, be inspired by it, learn from it, but please do not copy the workshop without their permission.
